• Assess your home's eligibility for a second-story addition
• Contact you about your project inquiry via phone, SMS, and email
• Connect you with the certified contractor for your market
• Send project updates and scheduling information
• Maintain TCPA compliance records for a minimum of 5 years

3. Information Sharing

We share your information with:

• The assigned contractor (Gary Lantrip for Birmingham) — so they can contact you about your project
• Service providers — such as OpenAI (for rendering generation), Twilio (for SMS delivery), and Resend (for email delivery)
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years per federal compliance requirements. Other personal data is retained as long as needed to provide the Service or until you request deletion.

Our website uses a minimal analytics beacon (via Polsia) to measure visitor traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser to prevent analytics collection.
